Anyone have a tip on how to adjust these overhead track doors: Tightening the nuts on the track roller has no efect... /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Hi Barry,

I'm not exactly sure what help you need. If you are trying to adjust the door, the bolts that the door hangs off the wheel assemblies are eccentric . You rotate the bolts to position the door the way you want it, closer or farther from the building and the nuts raise or lower the door up and down for level. There should be a pair of nuts on the bolts to lock them in place when you get the bolts adjusted. They jam together to keep the position of the bolt, you don't "tighten them". Good luck, it’s kind of an iterative process… You may also have to do some adjusting to the track to get the door just the way you want it.

Aha eccentric I'll try that this next weekend.

The adjustment problem is height - bottom of door on one side drags & I have to lift it to pin lock it to the other.
