    Default Wood Haul Pecan

    Here are somepics of our wood haul we got four loads so far and have the main trunk to cut down still.

    Ask me this winter and I'll tell you I've never burned it before. I do know my Father in law like it.

    I was told that Pecan, Hickory and Walnut are all from the same family, if that is true it should be good.

    That said I'd rather eat Pecans.

    Save some for your smoker.
    If up to me I would make some planks out of some of it.

    Pecan is beautiful wood. Paneling made from Pecan is "Out of this World".
