new pull behind trimmer with 52 inch offset trimmer

Hi Guys
I have sprayed with round up and that has helped some. I have trimmed and my week wacker at least 100 hours a year on it. Well It is getting harder to spray as when there is no wind it rains. When there is no rain the wind blows. The bottom line is I am sick of trimming or trying to find a kid to do it as I can not do it any more.
I get paid next week and I am going to pull the trigger on a new trimmmer made by DR that goes behind the ATV. IT is expensive
but well worth it to me if it works. Well the company has a 6 month get your money back if you are not happy as it is made 2 hours and 40 minutes from my house I am going to take them up on it. IF you order now free shipping, so I will let them ship it for free.
Worse comes to worse I will taking a road trip to VT to take it back, and let them refund my money.
How it was explained to me is that if the wheel base behind your ATV is 40 inches you can set this at an offset of 50 inches, 42 inches, and I think 30 inches. Well for even a 40 inch offset I would be happy.

I am sure this should be in attachments, but anybody who does not think using a weed wacker a 100 hours a year
is a project raise your hand? Yea I thought so!

There have been other discussions of that unit here on the board. It does have some drawbacks but others have been satisfied with it. Just use the search function (at the top of the page) and search for DR trimmer. Most will refer to it as a pto or tow behind.

They also make a version that mounts on the 3PT and operates from the tractor hydraulics instead of another engine. I want one badly but need a cash infusion first They are $950.

The 3PH model looks really nice, but the reviews on the DR website aren't encouraging.
I could be mistaken, but it doesn't appear it will pivot down or up much....
