Well after 3-4 years of having the money set aside for the pole barn/workshop and then having to use it for other things I am able to start.
I had to take around 26 trees out around where the shop will go. I don't want to build and then have a tree fall on it because this was all wood and the wind blows hard across the ridge.
I spent the last month or so grading with the box blade and FEL to get it level and direct water away from the building and still have a little grading to do. The reason it took several months was due to weather and only getting to work on Saturday.
I had around 18 stumps ground this past Saturday. A friend of mine grinds as a side business. He must be doing well since he now has two 50k + machines. 400 inches plus of stump grinding cost 400.00 with two machines working.
