I am building a cummins to be transplanted into my 2000 jeep, the piston have ceramic coated crowns, I installed a 3200 rpm gov spring, new fuel pin to go with the 40 hp injectors and stage 1 camshaft that came from acd engines

That looks like a great project. I work for Victor based out of Denton, at least for the next 2 weeks. Is this going to be a rock crawler?

What tranny will you be using and will you have hood/axle clearance problems? Whats the difference between the stock cam and the Stage 1?

The new cam is supposed to help with turbo spool up and keep egt's lower, I am also using the jeep nv3550 5 speed till I break it and will jump to the 4500 at that point, I estimate the power to be between 175 -200 hp and north of 400 tq which is more than enuff for the little tj imo

I am using a he341 charger from a early 2004 common 5.9 with a 9cm housing
