Looks nice what are you going to use to insulate it? with mine I am going to get the walls and gable ends spray foam 2".

Walls are about 17'6". Living area I framed it conventional with 6" walls and monolith slab. 6x6s for posts. Code requires a 24" hole for posts with 8" concrete under posts. I put 12" in. 4" slab with 12" curb around perimeter.
About $160k not including electric, plumbing, hvac and finish work.
