... and, my [BH] thumb was tied behind my back (i.e., not used)!

Just showing how a baby tractor, without a grapple, but with a set of tough brush forks can git 'r done.

I'm thinking that, looking at the third pic, that you had to make another stab at that log to get it to stay on the tines.
Looks to be unbalanced in that last pic, and with the heavy end (forked stems) of the log off to the left of the tines, it will not stick tight. Could be wrong, but have 'beenthere' too many times. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Whoops! Did the 4th pic prove me wrong? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

beenthere,
For the record, I did not take "another stab". Because of my twisted back, I lean to the otherside anyway which mostly kept the opposing rear wheel on the ground, and my beer level. Good observation though. I have no experience and am making everything up as I go /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Cheers!

Nice job! It's always fun when the things we build work just like we planned. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif Save the back! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
