Mornin Dan,
Most of the local farmers use it in large sprayers on their corn or hayfields but Im not sure I would want it on my lawn :)

In fact I know I wouldnt want it on my lawn :)

Go to a book store and buy Teaming with Microbes by Lowenfels. In it, he describes how to make your own compost tea. You only need 5 gallons/acre of it because you're basically using it to encourage the microrhizae to develop in the dirt. They'll do your fertilizing for you.

Lots of folks up Alaska way use compost tea. That's where Lowenfels is from. Works on everything. You just tailor it by green or sugar content if you want it on lawn and veggies.

Thanks for the posts guys..
I wil look into that book..

I got some chicken manure for my mother in law that she makes manure tea with.. Her roses & flowers really seem to have exploded this year.. She is along time gardner & swears by manure or compost tea.. She does both..
