I would point out that there are many types of ceder, just like there are many types of pine. Southern Yellow pine will make a very tough floor.
So depending on the type of ceder, it might be OK. Personally, I'd agree with the others though. In general, ceder to too soft for a floor. Lots of other good uses though.
