In general terms, a copy of a cd should be lossless. If you had an error in a cdcopy.. it would probably be heard as chirps and skips and real noticeable errors, vs just a loud portion of the track. Only way i can think of thatt he tract is lud was if the recording source was loud.
More likely that you have some passive ressonance in the home / vehicle that you are listening to it where it rumbles... or the speaker in question has a particularly hi Q and is distorting due to hi output.. or any of a handfull of other reasons. Drop a 32 band eq inline and notch out what's bothing you.

( reburn the track that way on another cd and use that one in the offending location ).
