Default Baileys and Husqvarna??

I get Baileys (logging equipment) paper catalog. The Christmas flyer had Echo and Solo chainsaws instead of Husqvarna. Yesterday I got the 2008 master catalog and no Husqvarna. I assumed they dropped Husky.

But if you go to Chainsaws, Outdoor Power Equipment and Tree Care Supplies from Bailey's they list Husky saws. But you must pick them up in the store.

Did Husqvarba change their policy to be like Stihl?
I just went to Portable Generators, Heaters + Wood Stoves, Snow Blowers, Pressure Washers | Northern Tool + Equipment and if you do a search on Husqvarna you get Efco saws.

I guess Huqvarna did change the rules.

Phil;
I noticed that also in the latest Bailey's catalog. I checked Southwest (that's where I bought my saws) and they still list Huskys for sale over the internet. SOUTHWEST TRADING I do know that a lot of the online dealers stop shipping to California because of the CARB regulations.

Husky is indeed trying to end internet sales of their chainsaws, I guess to be like Stihl. I guess it's meant to help the local dealers, but I still find it annoying. I've gotten used to being able to buy nearly anything on-line. It's hard to even get a price on a Stihl saw online.

Lowes is selling Huskies online. Husky is probably keeping others from selling online to keep their biggest customer (Lowes) happy.

A few months ago they had a transient posting on their website about Husky not letting them advertise pricing on-line.
