I had the same problem with an Insignia TV (Best Buy store brand) and I think I found it just as EarPlug says.

Heard on the radio that Circuit City is having a tough go at staying open.

There are 2 types of oats. Oats in front of the horse and oats behind the horse. The front oats are usually what you want (unless you need fertilizer).
