I had a lot of fun with my Judge but I traded it last week for a
Ruger SR9 with a flash light on the rail. Cheaper shooting and see in the dark.

I personally like Taurus firearms in general. I'm just saying that the Judge is no better than any .45LC pistol, and you can buy them for far less.

I too have noticed that AR and auto loading rifles with detachable magazines in general have come down in price and are in ample supply. I personally like the Ruger SR556 rifle but I'm just waiting and watching while prices fall. I've sold enough firearms from my collection in the last 6 months to buy me a nice tractor or two. It looks like the prime selling time is pretty well over and it's time to start deal hunting again. I'm sure some dealers waaaay over-stocked on so called assault rifles and will begin feeling the pinch of their inventory cost pretty soon. Ammo still seems rather high and in relatively short supply though.
Dargo,
Yes, ammo prices are still up there, and rifle prices are dropping like flies now.
For defense the judge has been judged by its user's.
And the verdict is out that the 45 acp is still the winner !

But for a tractor gun the judge is still useful.

Hey, lemme know how you like that Ruger SR9. Although I have a good collection of very expensive high end firearms, I seem to be odd because I consider Ruger firearms one of the most durable and reliable firearms made for any price. Besides wanting to add an SR556 to my collection, I'm more than likely going to get an SR9 in the next week or so. Believe it or not, I have a Ruger P90 that is more accurate than any Kimber, Les Baer, Wilson etc. "race gun" that I own and it only cost me a fraction of the price.
