She carries a 4.3686 GPA on a 4.0 scale and has a black belt in Karate. She's also made varsity golf her sophomore year, volunteers as a youth counselor for summer camp and takes electric guitar lessons. I'm just happy she doesn't listen to Lawrence Welk type stuff. That'll make you drool your strained peas!!!

I smile when I think I got my parents into Springsteen (pre 1985 mind you) and Jimmy Buffet.
That said, I almost fell over dead when they (my parents) found my first Queen tape as a young boy.

| Re: There is hope for our country I have been mostly a classic rock guy all my life. I do appreciate classical, old country and even some heavy stuff.
Lately my wife has been getting into some of the pop stuff and as a guilty pleasure I must say I like some of it. I've taken to Pink and Gwen Stephanie in particular. I guess after my long 70's hair fell out I have started to get soft.
Really don't like the "gangsta" stuff though.

John | I could watch Big Jake over and over again. "I thought you were dead?" and "Dog!" are the best lines in the movie.

| Re: There is hope for our country Moss, I am also a JW fan and enjoy watching the occasional film. I don't know if I could watch them exclusively forever and ever. Might have to toss in a good Ronald Reagan film just to mix it up a bit. Now that "Bedtime for Bonzo", that's a film!
