I don't think that's true. My mom and teachers always told me I was "special", yet I don't get any preferential treatment.... Hmmm....

When I first saw this thread I thought it was a joke, geeze. finger prints?? Wll the outlaws wait for the finger prints to be taken? must be some docile criminals in Cali. Good thing they can't get ammo on the streets..whew... If I ever go back to California i will rest good knowing only "good" folk have ammo.

Listening to the Radio this morning I heard the new Fingerprint Legislation also limits buyers to 50 rounds per month?

And I thought the Peoples Republik of Maryland was bad. They don't want you to own guns and you can forget about a CC permit and they do try to make purchasing ammo difficult but they haven't resorted to prints yet, wouldn't surprise me if they start. They had some crazy ammo casing identification legislation working but fortunately is was thrown out.

Can't wait for the day when I am able to return to my home state, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, still a relatively "gun friendly" state and still resembles the America I remember growing up.

Good point! I think though that maybe the problem in that western "country" is their failure to use their "rights", anyway who needs ammo in California, they aint allowed to shoot nuthin anyway....

What I don't unerstand is with all these laws thays still robbin and killin going on all over!

If you talk to the animals,
they will talk with you
and you will know each other.
If you do not talk to them,
you will not know them,
And what you do not know
you will fear.
What one fears one destroys."

California is trying to get micro stamping started though . . . California micro-stamping law stalled just months before scheduled implementation

But it looks like gun companies are just stopping selling new hand guns there, this is in addition to the 10 round max.
