I can't tell if it's the same rig but I took a video of a similar machine loading a Humvee when the local armory had an open house. Pretty neat machine!

That truck is a HEMMT, the US militaries 10 ton truck, not related to the TETRA. The pallet and loading system looks identical though. Is it a NATO standards thing?
