I sure do admire all you folks the build and paint some really nice things.

Most of the time when I build something, its a needed item. Or I figure that it will need more work and I'll make it pretty later.

Also most of the time whatever I build its out of whatever scrap metal that is on hand.

More Ugly later if you can stand it.

Hi
That is what I call a pickle fork digger. It's used for trenching out for water pipes, root breaking and rock pulling. Goes on with 2. 1/2" bolts in 2 or 3 minutes.

Mine is made of 3/16"X3" "C" channel, reinforced with 1/2" steel, old spring and 2 R/R spikes at the bottom. It works fine as is, but plan on a sharp edge on 1 side and an angled plate neat the top to move dirt off to 1 side. Have also cut a shovel down to 3" for cleaning out trench. It has worked well for me.

When you hook it up to your tractor and start using it and it works just the way you wanted it to, it automatically becomes beautiful! Nice work!

Ugly is fine, but remember if you decide to build a dump trailer, I already have the "Ugly dump trailer" name copyrighted...

Crash, you have 2 choices the way I see it, Some paint that matches your tractor, or just put a grocery bag over it:D
If it was "too purdy", you may not enjoy using it as much!

If the stuff works, I say roll with it.

Something ( only thing ) I learned in architecture school ( did not graduate in that field ) : Form follows function . Translation : If it does what it supposed to, it looks like its supposed to . If all else fails, apply the bar rule, drink 'till she' s cute !!
