I would expect most towns to have a website. The City of Corinth, Texas has one and is just a little town. We don't even have our own post office; the mail comes out of Denton. Many of the smaller towns around SD don't, but if they have a high school, usually one of the computer classes will maintain a site.

Cookeville....Thought I recognized the name, [but ussually mispronounce it Cooksville], I believe [and your site seems to support] there's a pretty good technical college down your way.

I do not live in or near a city. But both local communities have sites.
Village of Milford, MI. has a home page.
Milford Township where I live also has a site.

This town I live in has more people coming here to retire from the north and from around the United State because the cost living is alot cheaper here. And we have a University here also which has a website below.

We just got our SECOND traffic light last month. The City Hall has an email addy, but as of now, no website.

I was telling a friend yesterday that we can get everyone in the entire town together at one time and still not even have a crowd.

I'm in favor of keeping it that way too.
