How does she make the cream cucumbers ?

5 sliced cucumbers
1 small onion sliced
1 Tsp sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Mayo

Mix and add the cucumbers and the onions ... chill and serve. Serves about 6 folks.

blueriver, The only thing I see missing is sweet potatoes.:D
Though I don't know if you grow them where you live.

Looks like you will be eating thanksgiving dinner for the next few days.

Right now I could use some of those sweet corn, mashed potatoes and gravy.:licking:

Happy thanksgiving to you, blueriver and to everyone else on TBN.

I just yelled out and stated "Hey you forgot the Sweet Tators" she replied thats the yams goof ball!!

And Happy Thanksgiving to you!! I think Thanksgiving is the best holiday of the year ... not comercialized and the only thing folks expect is a good meal and to give thanks.

Technically the sweet potatoes are not yams but at a thanksgiving dinner yams would pass as sweet potatoes and having both would be unnecessary.

Except for the next day... I'd say that is a tad bit commercialized...;)
