Default Is a 15' santa a good idea

My wife hates the fact that I bought and stuck Santa in the front yard. Looking for opinions to either support Santa or convince me to take him down
    Thanks

I think I would apologize and quietly take it down. There is no use in giving her another reason to take half of your stuff.

What about thieves? Many outdoor displays are stolen during the Holidays. Just a thought.

A round here, maybe move away from the house, would be a great target for a drive by shooting, from the kids that did not get what they wanted.
