Another Neighbor Question

A buddy of mine makes mead. I dont like all of the styles he makes but wow his blueberry is wonderful. 5 lbs of honey, 5 gallon bucket of blueberrys and sparkling wine yeast. He ages it a whole year wow nice stuff.

This fall/next winter we should finally be able to plant Blueberry bushes. We plan on dehydrating most of the berries. The place making Mead has a really good spiced apple and other fruit flavors. Blueberry is very interesting sounding. I might have to try that when the bushes crank up production.
