    Kentucky also passed laws requiring ID, vehicle plate Number, and mailing a check. Since we live just across the river from Indiana, now they take all their stolen stuff across the river to sell.

    It used to be you knew you were in a bad part of town when the doors and windows on all of the houses had bars...

    Now, you know you are in a bad part of town when the AC and HVAC units are protected by metal cages...
