Hopefully he will be able to hang onto it. I have seen way too many burn through an inheritance or lotto winning in a year or two and wind up back in the same condition they started. He would be well advised to get a job as 1.5 million just isn't as much as one would think.

DANN, I have a large Cedar Chest filled with Indian blankets or Rugs.
Growing up we were to poor to have carpeting. All we had were these Indian blankets or rugs and they were used on the floor.
1 Of them has my grandfathers brand in the center. It was made in the early 20's when he was running the ferry at "Lee's Ferry".
Doubt that any are from the 1800's though.
