I found a stainless steel table complete with built in sink on craigslist for $150. I plan to use it for cleaning fruits and vegetables out of the garden and possibly butchering smaller animals.

    Nice find on the sink.

I have a neighbor that raises eggs. He has a breed he calls ISA. Supposed to lay over 300 eggs a year. He has some that lay green eggs also. He says that they are laying an x-large egg currently. He is actually talking about getting rid of everything but his buff's and ISA's. And using the buff's for sitting hens. Currently out of 7 ISA's he's getting 6 eggs 7 days a week.

Nice sink. We bought some stainless steel for the Civic Center and it is pricey.

It sure is. Now if I could find a six foot stainless table with no backsplash I would be done.

In case any of you would be interested in a class on hoop houses and their management. It's online so you wouldn't even need to live in Michigan.

Restaurant Supply houses sometimes have used SS commercial kitchen items. Good SS ain't cheap. Some of the less expensive units are not good enough stainless to avoid some surface rust flecking.
