Floating "blob" on barn cam video. What is it?

Was looking through the security files today and saw this little clip from one of the barn security cams. Below is the normal boring view. Any ideas of what might have caused the "blob"?

Could be. I'll look. Just thought it was interesting. Nothing much happens up there (an occasional deer or two) at night.

Have had spiders before, as well as hummingbirds. Suspect it is a water blob on the lens, but thought it interesting that it moves up.

I will go along with moisture on the lens but I know my wife would call it a paranormal orb, Has none else noticed the garbage on TV.
