A scam?

My friend saw a Ford tractor on Cl now here her pitch: husband died and she is leaving the country with the military she wants to use a service to deliver the tractor to his house. This just has a little over 1900 HRS comes with a FEL all for 1500 and she nevered seen by him .

Recently I've noticed several tractor and ATV ads on CL for my area daily that are scams. All asking 'too good to be true' prices for excellent items. Most have gmail accounts. Most have summer pictures of items or some pictures look like they are from other countries based on the buildings in the background. One common thing they all share is they all have a single picture, which is rare for big items.
