My Ford super cab interior gets around 125 degrees this time of the year with the windows cracked for necessary drying ventilation so why not prepare and dry your overage crop of tomatoes?
Yes it works-freezer bag up and enjoy in the coming winter months.
If anyone here is interested I'll explain the simple preparation process, excellent end results.

Instructions:
1. Grow tomatoes.
2. Prepare tomatoes for drying.
3. Dry tomatoes.
4. Pounds of wet tomatoes turn in to ounces of dried tomatoes-see the supermarket prices.
5. Eat/enjoy dried tomatoes.

Nice tomatoes!

One thing I would look out for is the added humidity might make your headliner fall, eventually.

Nevermind, nice tomatoes!
