If I read this right this system doen't eliminate the calcium it just consolidates it. Hard to think it improves the hardness but hey....

If it works for you thats great. Glad you found something which helped.

true, it doesnt claim to eliminate anything from the water. It changes the chemical charecteristics so that the calcium and othe rminerals dont adhere to pipes and heating elements. So it really does nothing to improve the hardness, it just changes it so that its not a problem. That is what they claim.
