Several, all used and abused.
This morning she did it again!!!!

We've been watching four different wild boar hogs at our feeder for the last couple months on our digital game camera. They are never consistant, and sometimes they don't show up for weeks at a time. From the pictures we've seen on the game cam, we've been able to identify and name them.

Tripod, (AKA Stub Leg) caught her attention by how ugly he was and the fact that he was missing a foot. He is also pretty darn big with visible tusks showing in the pictures.

This morning he made a mistake.

Eddie

Dang, that is a big animal or Steph's pretty dang small :D :D Eddie if I had the time and the money I would take you up on your invitation to come down. But we are a long ways a way and in the fall I am just too busy being in the heating and air conditioning business.

But it sure looks like Steph has fun shooting them HOG's.

Great shooting!! Almost makes me wish we had some around here so I could hunt them. Even the coyotes have stopped coming around.

I forget, what caliber is she using?

How big was he Eddie? I killed a 'tripod' this winter too. He had no right front leg at all. He only weighed about 250, but his tusks were also about 2.4 inches. Steph's hog looks much bigger! Nice shooting.

Vernon, I wouldn't wish for hogs. They've destroyed my place.

I know what they can do!! Thats why I said almost. A pack came through here about 10 years back and did enough damage until we hunted them all out. None have been back since then, at least in this part of the County.

Hey Eddie, George and the Gang.

Great hog story and pics Eddie! Looks like George had to resort to lethal force over his way...having to protect his cabin and kinfolk.
I hunt down along the Congaree River in the central portion of the state. Your hogs look like they have longer hair and grow slower than the ones over my way. If you want to have fun...bury a salt block and watch how they will dig a big hole grubbing for the salt. Did you know that you can age a hog like you can a deer? Here's how...

WOW ! Great pics Eddie ! I can't even get Whats-Her-Name to go shooting in a sand pit or shooting range..... nevermind shoot a wild hog !

Any thoughts on where the fourth hoof went? Lost in a trap maybe?

Tell Steph that her hunting blind was mighty expensive, but she made up for it by not spending a lot of money on a hunting outfit.;) :D

Great job!
