Default Never insult a backhoe operator.

I realize it is "ONLY" a GMC but still...

Never insult a backhoe operator is good philosophy.

Photos of everything seem to repeat on the six month or shorter interval...

The photos in Who needs a 3/4 or 1 ton to tow???? are repeats as well...

No other post with the word "backhoe" in the title has this picture or topic that turns up when using the site's search facility.

If you can find it on this site, please let me know where.

Heck, I repeat myself from time to time, so occasional reposts are easy to forgive.
But while we are on the subject Pat, you posted that picture last November.
Just kidding

Well, I joined less than 6 months ago and I think it's grand. Maybe we ought to have a hall of fame or a "wacko" section where we could browse all the humouous pics from the past. Maybe even subsections, like "Suspect Engineering," "What were they thinking?" "Bizzare" etc.

And on the other end of the spectrum (just for ideas), another board I post on has a "Dead Horses" forum where discussions that have reached the point of mercilessly flogging the deceased equine get shuttled to. But we don't have any like that around here, surely.

Thanks, Patrick!

My sister sent me the same picture a few weeks ago. I thought it was pretty funny.
My sister and BIL have a small back hoe as well that they use on skid steers usually. One of the more interesting things they did with their BH was to put it on their JCB telescopic handler (quick attach) so they could get the BH to a spot they couldn't drive to. Drove up as close as they could with the JCB, extened the boom and plunked the BH down where it needed to be. Climbed onto the BH and made a hole. Still way better than using a shovel.

there was a email floating around when I was in Iraq about a excuvator operator who ripped out the engines out of several dump trucks, bulldozers and other equipment up in Canada, He dug a huge hole and then put the excuvator inside it and then started fillin in the hole and pretty much buried the excuvator... I bet it was close to 3 million in damages easily. I see if I can dig it up and post a few photos.
