Default Another tractor accident...

It seems someone operating a tractor fell off of it, and was then run over by it. At least he survived and I hope he fully recovers.

Man Falls Off Tractor, is Run Over By Vehicle

Newberry County (WLTX) - Newberry County deputies responded to a farming accident that's left a man in the hospital.

Newberry Sheriff Lee Foster says Thursday afternoon around 5:30 p.m., a man was driving a tractor and somehow fell off. The man then was run over by the vehicle.

The incident occured along Harold Bowers Road, just west of Newberry.

The person driving the tractor was airlifted to the hospital. Foster tells News19 the victim was conscious when he left Newberry.

News19 will have more information as it becomes available.

Hearing this reminds me of a time when I was a bit younger and I ran over myself.
