Fatal tractor accident last night (11/9/11) up here in Minnesota

Tractor Driver Ejected, Struck Dead By Passing Car CBS Minnesota

A 78 year old man was running a tractor, looked like an old Farmall, down 87 an hour or so south of us. He or the semi ran a traffic light.

The semi hit the tractor and killed the 78 year old.

He did not have a car OL anymore.

He was on his way to a farm where he liked to work the tractor. The highway there was four lanes with lots of traffic.

My condolences go out to all traffic fatality or accident victims. It is especially disheartening to hear of one involving tractors or farm equipment.
