    Default Big X crash.(preventable?)

Im posting a link t a rather long u tube with and X working in another country. Its the end thats disturbing. About half way through I get the jitters.
Im curious, if its because of other countrys lack of safety rules or just plan bad decision making on the operators part.I think its all about the operator realizing the risks and just doing it .
Ive found myself in a few scarey spots, so we have all been there

Oh Geez that can't be good. The tracks on that thing looked shot. He wasn't belted in the seat so I am thinking he probably flipped out of the cab. It would be nice to have some translation on it.

I think the trackhoe still slides down the hill, even if it had new tracks on it. That hill was just way TOO STEEP for a trackhoe. No laws can prevent that kind of stupidity, just plain poor judgement on the operators part. I don't see how he could have come out of that accident alive. Maybe he jumped somehow and survived it, guess we'll never know.

Tracks were just fine. Excavators do not have tracks like a dozer. They come almost bare brand new. Was just way to soft of a slope to be going down. I slid down the hill like that on ice in a cat 345 one time even with the bucket down like this guy did the first time. I took a dump in my pants but finished out the day

It was the first result on google for the exact words of yours I quoted. XD.

As to the topic. I remember seeing that video a while back. Have always wondered if he made it out. That yelling makes me wonder as well.

When working Cats on wintertime slopes and ice many weld cleats to the grousers to limit side slip.

    Hi all

In the "accidente en autopista mexico tuxpam excavadora..."
I searched for this on Google to find a spanish article on this and used Google translate to find ...

"330 Excavator accident in the construction of the highway mexico-Tuxpam, the operator was Huauchinango died shortly after the accident. If you pay attention you can hear the screams of the excavator operator to tip over."

So looks like the guy died.
