You'd have to be sure you weren't, say, pushing against the steering wheel as your tractor was headed downhill and started to tip. Being knocked out by an air ROPS would hurt too!

So TRUE! Don't forget tack on another couple grand of unnecessary cost that these safety boobs can pass off on the public. When will this safety mania ever back off! I can accept this sort of thing as an option sure but not something forced at great expense on the consumer.

Drizler, Direct your energy toward the manufacturer and their big insurance companies. As long as people do not accept personal responsability you will always have safety mandates like this. All it takes is one widow mad at the world to make a manufacturer up its requirements.
