Re: After the ball do you lube leaf springs?

WD-40 is not my favorite by any means. It tends to gum up precision stuff but its better than nothing (for bare metal non precision components), does have multiple uses, its cheap, and you can get...

Mostly same as your truck keep oil changed and filters (oil, air and fuel). Check radiator fill and fuel sediment/water seperator bowl if equiped. Run a little diesel fuel additive at least...

    Soil type? And your expectations?

The tip is the most important thing for me. Leinbach's 12" auger is flat on the end (except for a tiny triangle tip) and will turn off target easy in grass or...

After the ball do you lube leaf springs?

I replied to thread about greasing my hitch. I do grease the ball.

Since my trailer sits for long periods w/o use I also like to spray some PB Blaster, WD-40, Marvel Mystery Oil, Chain Lube etc,...

Yes, I grease it. I wipe it off first so as not to make a lapping paste with grit and dust. IMHO the more the tongue weight the more important it is to grease.

Re: Negotiating front end loaders ???

I am having a hard time with the proprietary QA being that much stronger and better for this size tractor or anything under maybe 80-90 hp. Bigger Ag stuff I concede.

    Bobcat rates their bigger...

I will look into it but for me I don't see breaking either system for this size equipment (in an apples to apples quality attachment and normal usage). Being able to find a deal on grapple, root...

Yeah I thought about moving the big hunks of steel after I posted. Probably a little beyond me w/o having another tractor with front end loader or hoist. A second tractor I don't think would be a...

    Negotiating front end loaders ???
