    There is a timing mark on the flywheel that can be viewed through timing hole in flywheel housing by removing cover(parts key 3) Have you checked rad cap to be sure it holds the correct pressure??

    Depending on type of FEL control valve that could be the problem if it's the type valve that can be converted from open center to closed center the sealing ring could be blown or relief valve not set...

    FEL=frt end loader. Valve I referred to is stroke control valve(parts key 26) depending on which hyd pump your tractor has 23CMC or 40CMC.

    Cartridge filter. Another thing you can try is install a hyd pump destroking screw and then manually destroke/engage pump to possibly clear debris from valve seating area. Do tractor have a FEL??

    It's possible the set screw that attaches fork to rail has loosened. Also it's possible a gear has galled to a shaft. Has tractor ever been operated real low on hyd fluid??

    Try spraying banjo fittings with brake cleaner to remove any spec's of dust. There are copper sealing washers avaiable that might help. Are you quite positive that banjo fitting isn't cracked?

    Are you sure it's not in 2 gears at the same time? The tabs on the shift rails that gearshift lever fits into have been known to break off leaving trans in a gear.
