May I ask where you think that bx25 was made?
Sounds quite normal to me, if you are operating at low rpms. Try increasing the rpms that you are operating at.
The 5 year powertrain warranty, only covers internal parts on the engine, transmission, rear end, and 4WD front axil.
My business is my livelyhood and believe me I don't need any down time. In 1984 when I put up the building, the air lines installed were PVC, and they have serviced me well for 30 years, with 0...
When Mahindra ships the tractors, they use a piece of angle iron as a prop on the cylinder.
It is listed with the rear housing. If you need some parts, I would be glad to help you out with them.
I think what you are hearing is the fuel pump and it runs as long as the switch is on. Nothing to worry about.
It is just pressed in and you will probably damage it, getting it out, and have to replace it.
I believe there is a cap on the rear of the rear housing that you remove and that lower shaft will come out through the hole, after you remove the cap. You may have to unbolt and drop the draw bar,...
For years I grew up on my Dad's farm using gear tractors, plowing, discing, dragging, planting, cultipacking, mowing, raking, baling, hauling hay loads, and harvesting crops. The gear tractors were...
Check to make sure that you don't have a hydraulic remote that is locked in a operating position and robbing power. I have seen customers with that proglem.
The Mahindra 4010 would be a safe bet, and any model larger would be pushing the weight limit.
Your best parts access, would be your Mahindra dealer.
You need to remove the seat and 3PH hydraulic unit, to open the top of the rear end case. I think then the problem will become clear.
Maybe it needs a clutch adjustment.
If you let the clutch out when trying to enguage it, does it grind?
Does it grind when you try to put it into gear? Possibly a bent shifting fork
Yes, it could be done. It would require installing a valve that has a power beyond port. I will respond later with more information.
Try to get some penetrant on it, and keep working at it.
You should have about an inch of free play at the clutch foot pad.
I had one in the shop once that was so plugged that I had to remove the radiator and clean it with a pressure washer. If I were you, I would invest in a radiator genie, and try to do a good cleaning...
The tier 4 tractors will have totally new model numbers and the attachments will also have new model numbering, that will coincide with the tractor model that it fits. During the transition the I am...
After you complete, doing your first complete service, let us know what you think about the charges for the first service.
Be sure to put blocks between the front axil and the tractor frame, or it will want to tip on you. Other than that, I have never split a 4110 at the clutch housing. I have split one further back at...
The 10 series hst has side by side toe operated hydro pedals, and the 16 series has a tredal pedal heal toe operation.
Will this help with any of your questions?
Only once have I changed synchronizers on an 00 series, and I don't remember needing any special tools. I wish I could be more help.
That 2nd set of pins, is just to hold up the 3ph arms so you don't have to remove them, they have no structural purpose.
Nice job, Rob. I am impressed.
The eMax is definately more tractor with a heavier duty mower, but I would also assume that the eMax is also a bit more money. The 700 Series Deere is a garden tractor, and the eMax is one of the...
The 3616 cab model is only available in a standard shuttle transmission, and an HST. There is no PST available on the 16 series or the 10 series.
I think your choice should be the 5010 HST for best...
The turning radius is quite a bit tighter on the 4035.
Am I correct, thinking that your backhoe is not a Mahindra backhoe? Post some pictures of your backhoe and how it attaches.
DPF Diesel Particulate Filter It is a filter on the exaust system, that when it becomes clogged the tractor needs to be shut down, and a regeneration cycle has to be initiated. The regeneration...
Not on a Mahindra. None of the Mahindra's will have a DPF to meet tier 4 emissions. A big plus for Mahindra, added value over the competition.
I would either order the complete syncronizer kit or wait till it is apart and inspect each piece before ordering them.
We were told, at a sales meeting, that the 4wd version is coming in the 55 and 65 HP Tier 4, but I do not know just how soon. The tier 4 will no longer be called the 25 series, and will be the 4500...
Have you contacted your dealer about the problem?
If you have a PTO log splitter, it would have its own oil reservoir, and pump, which would attach to your PTO on your tractor. If your splitter powers from your tractor hydraulics then I believe your...
Daedong, is the parent company of Kioti tractor, and it is very similar to a Kubota engine.
The closest comparison would be either a Mahindra 3616 or a 4010.
On a 4WD tractor you can not change the rear tire size without changing the front tire size. You have to keep the same rolling circumference ratio front to rear.
I would recommend an 8' dual spindle behind the 5035. I think that would be a good match.
The steering, hydraulics, and the transmission use the same oil. Just check the transmission dip stick in front of the seat.
There would be several joints in the line from your transmission housing to the hyd filter and on to the hydraulic pump.
I would check and tighten all of the suction line fittings. Sounds like it is getting air in the system.
I recently replaced some syncronizers, and transmission gears on a used Montana 4540, that I sold a couple of year ago. Last summer I got some electrical parts for it from the Montana site, but when...
Also check the engine and loader mounting bolts on each side, as I have seen this cause the fan to hit.
I have what you need in stock. If you would like you can contact me.
Don't get me wrong, I am not knocking your choice, and I am sure you are going to be happy with it, but a Mahindra 3016 to a Massey GC1705 aren't really comparable models. The Mahindra is a 1000 lbs...
The P line should loop and connect to the PB line on the tractor when the hoe is removed.
New epa laws for tractors are now in effect and as soon as the in stock tier 3 models, as this 3016 would be, will be replaced by the tier 4 models that have more anti pollution equipment on them....
I have very rarely had to bleed the lines to the injectors. Most generally if priming to the pump didn't work the 1st time, it did on the 2nd or 3rd try. If you need to, once you have primed it to...
Have you tried to prime it again? If not try it a second or even a 3rd time.
There is an electric over hydraulic clutch that operates the independent PTO, but the main clutch is mechanical. As to the age of the tractor there were some of what they call old sheetmetal models,...
1st, the clutch is not hydraulic. 2nd, I use 15w40 Mahindra oil in the 4110s. 3rd, the early 4110s had a spin on hyd filter on the left side above the rear axil, a large cartridge filter in the...
The hydraulic drain is on the rear of the tractor, about 10 inches directly below the hyd. fill plug. If your tractor has a loader on it, the hydraulic return line will be attached to it, so just...
No, the holes are not factory.
Don't ask me how, but I have had 2 2615s that I found a restriction in the fuel line between the fuel pump and the banjo at the injection pump. I just disconnected it at both ends and blew it out....
The EMax specs out very close to the Max. The MTD isn't even remotely close to the them.
Yes, Yes, Yes, No I am a dealer, but I am sure any of the owners here would back me up on that.
When you put on the 2 worm clamps, did you line up the worm mechanisms? If you did, you need to stagger them not line them up.
If I am not mistaken, I believe that your valve is a Prince valve.
If you are leaking fluid from the bottom caps, the lower spool seals must be bad, and that would make perfect sense that the...
I would take your loader quick disconnects apart and make sure they are not obstructing the flow. The hydraulic flow on your tractor goes through your loader valve 1st, then on to your...
As Cecil mentioned jumping the solonoid will narrow down the problem possibilities. If it turns over when jumping the solonoid, your problem is probably in the ignition switch, the neutral safety...
Take a look at the main power terminal on the starter solenoid. There is also a pigtail with a heavy duty fuse, located in that vicinity.
I have had this trick work for me in the past. Try wrapping some teflon tape arround the joint and oring. Be careful to keep the tape more toward the outside of the joint, because if you get pieces...
Before I read Dave's post above, I thought about the primer pump, and you hadn't mentioned anything about using it. Maybe you aren't bleeding the system correctly.
Ditto on what Brian said.
At the dealer meeting, I drove that eMax arround the lot for a bit, and I loved the side by side hydro pedals. It seemed to be a nice operating tractor, but I did mentioned to the sevice rep that I...
A few years ago I took a Montana 4540 tractor with shuttle transmission, and sold to a customer. Today the customer called me and said that he was having a problem with the shuttle popping out of...
A front mount snow blower would be ideal, and would save you having to look backward all the time, but would also be far more expensive than a rear mount unit. That being said, I would would...
Rotate the top of the pump toward the engine, basically just enough to misalign the chisel marks, and if there are no chisel marks, put them in before you start.
There you go, Dave has the perfect answer. Look into uship.com. I have found some very reasonable shipping on uship.com.
I believe Wallenstein also has a subframe mount backhoe to fit the 2816.
Grease it up good.
First, check the linkage from the lever to the side of the transmission. Make sure the shaft that is going into the side of the transmission is turning when you move the linkage.
Sounds like a good decision. Good luck, and enjoy it.
In earlier years, you could order 4110's with the 911 subframe mounted backhoe.
I would change out the fuel lines, but also check the vent in the fuel cap and make sure it isn't plugged or restricted.
Every time our government prints more cash, each dollar buys less tractor from the foreign countries where they are made.
Can you move the lever, or is the bucket just not responding?
I had to repair a 3510 model, that would pop out of gear when backing down a hill. If your dealer has not run into this before, have him call me, and I will help if I can. 585-343-0770
You have a water leak into the transmission.
Sounds like maybe the clutch linkage is pinching a fuel line.
When a clutch wears out, it is a slow gradual thing, not a situation where it works one minute and not the next.
When it refuses to start again, wiggle the HST pedal a little while you have the key in the start position. If it then starts, you will probably have to adjust the safety switch on the HST pedal.
It all depends on the intended use of the tractor.
Can't beat that price. A couple of years ago, I sold a 5010 HST CAB to a local landscape company, and the company had been using New Holland tractors exclusively. It was nice, the customer stopped...
There should be about an inch of free play.
How much pedal free play do you have before you feel tension on the pedal?
Check out a Mahindra M Power 85 Cab, or 8560 Cab.
Mahindra has told us, as soon as the current US Tier III stock is gone, the Tier IV's will start filling the orders.
Mid mount cultivators are usually made for the taller rowcrop tractors.
Stick with the 2 bottom.
The 3616 will not hesitate a bit to run that tiller.
I have had a few customers that I have had to go over the finer points of operating a hydro pedal. ( It isn't a throttle pedal )
