    No one has said anything about HP needed to reach max psi at idle. As the pump is getting to max psi and engine at idle the HP is real low and that is why you have to speed up to get the engine HP up...

    Look at the loader valve the way it is plumbed , he has the in and out on the same side.


    EDIT, He does not have in and out hoses on one side, but the PB fitting is plugged.

    It looks like you have a PB fitting in the tank side and you have it plugged. If so take it out then plug it.

    I think that vendor is wrong, if it has a hyd.3pt you can do it. If you have a loader it makes it easier to do. Start looking for another dealer.

    Sounds like the O rings between the 3pt control valve and rockshaft or the 3pt relieve valve.
