    Just above the injection pump, there is a small valve, turn it counter clockwise to open it and then try to start it. If and when it starts, close the valve and you are good to go.

    I would place my bets that your problem is with the fuel shutoff solonoid. The solonoid does screw out and once it is out you can bench test it with a battery.

    The 3616 cab model is only available in a standard shuttle transmission, and an HST. There is no PST available on the 16 series or the 10 series.
    I think your choice should be the 5010 HST for best...
