I don't already have rear remotes. I think it was 500-900 and some change for the duals. I was thinking 150 bucks(maybe little more) for setup and to do the little top link movement I would do. It's...
What you guys think about that
Found the link
Anybody ever use a marine hydraulic pump to move the top link back and forth. Saw one on YouTube. I like the idea that its separate from everything else. Anybody have this setup. Curious about the...
Just broke 200 hours CT 440
Great job I've been looking and searching and your idea is the best I've seen.
I ordered my front hydraulics from Brian and it was easy install. Brian was also great help.
welcome from Louisiana

sorry for late response having trouble replying from phone. my kid deleted my video from phone but my cylinder rod was that color all the way and both rods. only part that was shiny was the threads...

The parts haven't come in yet.
I bought some battery cleaner from lowes....sprayed my whole battery with it waited 5 minutes and washed it off. I was surprised how good it did. when I get home ill try and look...
just FYI im gonna try and get someone to video it so I can put on youtube. and on here.
How do you pull that retaining pin out? Just pliers? This is my first one. I ordered service manual but it hasn't got here yet
Wish they would have pricing on parts catalog
I def wouldn't have thought to keep looking for that. I figured it would all be under the model. Thanks for help.
You are amazing!!!!
Is that part number for ct440? Forgot to mention that
Ssdoxie. I don't see that. I put in that part number under search and it didn't find it. Here is what I see.
Sorry different post been having problems with app since iOS 8
Here are some pic
have any of yall had to replace the o rings for a leaky hydraulic loader ram? I have one that seems to have small leak. just wondering if they have kit for it because I didn't see it in t he online...
Guide shows group 24. Click on the Bobcat Battery Reference Guide at the end of the first paragraph. Bobcat Batteries - Bobcat Company
I was cleaning up mine to because of corrosion
anybody know what kind of battery to put in the ct440.....there is zero markings on the original.
Solid point. Hopefully the trees we just planted will help with college when time comes. We planted around 33k
It's off to slow start but still in works. A hydraulic ac. Wow where did you see that. That would speed up this cab process. I have to build up some money then buy parts...twin boys 7 gallons milk a...
Also this one says it supports 2 batteries. Reviews were good on it.
Yes it will mainly be to charge the tractor battery.
They said they have a 20 foot cord on the solar panel.
Any of Yall have something similar or use this one what's your thoughts. I like that it has the quick connect option
BatteryMINDer 12 Volt Solar Charging System with 5 Watt Panel and Desulfator,...
Looks good. Only thing there website doesn't show cabs for ct440. But looks like they would be able to make it.
I just ran my hydro lines for grapple. Next to get this
Pallet Fork Grapple Skid Steer Loader Attachment Tine Log Root Rake Bucket
Hahaha how about this setup. Except maybe one of those honda inverters. Generator in the front ac in the back from foxworthy Facebook page
Yea not bad idea. Sounds like I may need to lean toward trying to sell it.
Other thought was to sell it and get smaller one with cab
Ok thanks I'll check it out. I have ct 440
I was thinking of a 110 unit. You think that would last like a 5k btu.
I know this sounds crazy.
Have any of you decided to make your own cab for your tractor? If so what type of cooling did you put in. I've had one person say just hook up inverter and get 110 ac...
Free working with tractor for hour or two. Only when I go in reverse sometimes I hear a whistling noise. And if I ease off to go slower it stops but will happen if I press harder again. Not sure if...
Thanks I'll check
Well I have had it to where I turn the key then it comes on then goes off turn all the way and it starts tractors then may come on but does go off couple seconds later. This time ran it for 5 minutes...
Have any of you had this?
After I backed tractor off trailer got to where I park it and glow light came on. Seems odd. Never had it come on after it started.
No ended up using little hand held torch from harbor freight didn't take to much heat.
What it looked like
I ended up leaving the extractor on. Dealer is closed today. I used kroil and wd40. Used 3/8 breaker bar and heat and little tapping.
Gonna try in morning. I went by lowes and picked up a nut/bolt extractor. I may have to take muffler off because alternator is in the way. I tried just with way it is but can't get it on there tight...
Nobody else have problems getting this undone. Now I've rounded the edges. Might end up welding something to it to unscrew it
I saw a review that said the canvas ripped quickly
Might could check out the mesh tarps at tractor supply. They say it will be able to take the road wind if you travel with your tractor
I was also thinking of welding some ears on my existing bucket and if I needed to move loose gravel and needed the grapple I could just swap them
Now I just need to get this
Pallet Fork Grapple Skid Steer Loader Attachment Tine Log Root Rake Bucket
Just installed diverter valve kit from fit rite hydraulics and all is good. I was scared because I never had any experience installing something like that. But was pretty simple and Brian was great...
It's definitely different part numbers. I'll be back to pickup right part
Good thinking guys. I knew something was not right. New parts guys ugh.
The parts guy at bobcat said I can put the fluid on right side in back of tractor but it looks completely different than the one that I wrote rear on back when I did 50 hour service. Is it the same?...
Awesome job. My twins used to be scared but now that they rode it one time it's hard to get them off
Tman where did you get that can and how much? Does it have fans for cooling
I have industrials on my ct440 and I am more than happy with them. Like tripleR said if you mess up the yard you can fix it. If I can make it through this louisiana "gumbo" mud you should be fine.
Ok I lied...after rethinking the divertor valve may be better for me because of how much hydro is left after steering and loader functions.
Think I'm going with the true 3rd function kit instead of the divertor valve.
The wr long setup
Awesome I had butt connectors too. Thanks
Looking good. Thanks for pictures. You just used some heat shrink butt connectors?
You have pictures?
The problem I found with bobcats front setup is that it's a divertor valve
What were you thinking on the front? I've been scoping out the setup from everything attachments they also have video on you tube
Can you post pics when your done. Let me know how you like the handle by your right leg I'm still debating it. When I do mine I'm prob gonna go ahead and do the dual for the top and tilt
So by using the rear remotes is the handles down by right hand leg or did you mount a valve somewhere. Just seems like they would be in the way. Do you have pics of your setup?
Not sure if this helps or if you already knew but I just found the parts catalog online on bobcats website
I'm looking at doing the dual remotes without hooking up control by leg I have ct440
I see most with box blade. I'm assuming you can still bushhog with it
What problems was he having?
You have pictures of your control valves?
Any body have any suggestions for top and tilt kits? I have a bobcat ct440 I checked bobcat dealer for rear remote setup but it puts the handles next to my right leg and don't really like that by my...
I paid 20 for ct 440 with fel
I'd hit him at 18
Yea that's awesome price. I'm currently looking to add front aux lines from everything attachments
Adam do you have this setup on your tractor?
Thanks for your help
So the kit from EA does that actually replace the hydro pump that's on tractor?
They said by law they have to have parts for 10 years. From what I understand kioti parts will fit
I got mine for 20,500. Loader and bucket
Anybody have a service manual for ct 440
Wish they had setup like honda does where you can look at it online.
Need to make sure it's specific for top link. I have she more info ill post
About same time I got mine ct440
Yes princess auto. What kind of tractor do you have?
Where did you get that top link from? Is that from bobcat?
I have ct 440 and about to give that a try
I'm about to do my first drain I hope that's not the case. Ill let you know how it goes
How does it handle if your bush hogging.
Wow you have it for angle to not just tilt. What sizer tractor is that
I'm looking to do same thing. Is that a special HDy ram for that top link.
Wow that's amazing
JJ I don't see the diagram. So what your saying is just use the lines that are already there and when I need to grapple something switch from bucket to grapple and I should be able to use it.
that was good deal back then I bought mine in july last year and I was at 20,500. ct440 9T
Milk man do you have pictures? Do they come up or do you reach for them
Where would you mount the lever? I think I only have one slot open unless its in different spot on tractor
