    Absolutely correct. That linkage is called stabilizers or sway limiters for a reason. Pin them up tight.

    Absolutely. There are different seal kits based on easily identifiable cylinder characteristics. Be sure to get the correct one.

    Looks like an Ag Master shaft. the replacement complete PTO shafts that A&I sells have those yokes pictured on the right. I think they are a big improvement over twist lock or ball sleeve types.

    There's no substitute for heat on those blade bolts/nuts. reinstall with Never-Seize on threads and keyed portion of the shank.

    Must be you work for a hardware manufacturer. That advise might be SOP for your workplace, but it runs contrary to most manufacturer's published machine technical information.
