    the kubota's I have worked on had a phillips head screw on the filter head, anything to let the air out. just hold a rag over fuel tank and apply small amount of air pressure.

    find the bleed screw on water separator and loosen it then put a little air pressure in fuel tank, it will fill it up

    take some out if it makes you feel better but that's not what caused the seal to blow out. it was either a bad seal or pump is putting out to much pressure, the tractor housing just holds the oil

    It's got a tube in it. sometimes they are stuck and won't suck in and if they can't look at it and tell if it has a tube or its tubeless they don't need to be fixing it. I will bet anything you want...

    that's not a seal, it has a tube in it the nut does nothing but keep the valve stem from falling in the wheel when the air is let out

    you have a tube in that tire if its leaking at the tip replace valve core or remove and clean then reinstall it. Plastic nut goes over the larger brass piece to keep tube from sucking in. if leaking...

    loosen the jam nut on turnbuckle, start tractor, raise lift all the way up, I think you shorten it ( i lift doesn't raise lengthen it ) till the engine loads, then back off a hair, tighten jam nut...

    you can try a little air pressure in fuel tank while trying to bleed or put gas on a rag and hold over air intake to help get it started. make sure fuel soleniod is working first
