    Could be you are sucking air after it gets warm. Check the suction line to the hyd pump. There is a small rubber hose that hooks the steel line together, check for cracks and lose clamps.

    Check pump pressure, if low then make sure all valves are centered, no relief valve is open(maybe 3pt is all the way up and going into relief). Next the boom clys seals are rear bad.

    The loader valve in your picture looks like you can add a PB fitting. The way you wanting to do it could put back pressure spicks on the up stream valves and well get the spool seals leaking.

    If the loader valve has a rubber boot, pull it up so you can see the spools and make sure the spool is going all the way in and out. If the valve is cable controled check the cable adjustment.

    The drop speed control is only for the 3pt hitch. Switch the boom and bucket hoses and see what happens. Sounds like a bad quick coupler.

    Look in your manual and see if the splitter is open center or closed center. Also make sure you are not feeding into the tank port, try moving the rear remote valve the other way.
