    If you run a mower too fast in thick stuff it will heat up quick. Maybe gear down one gear and see if that helps. Also, are the 2 screens in place between radiator and air filter?

    If the top of the battery is higher than the bottom of the radiator, it is blocking air flow. Only the top half of the radiator has enough airflow and will prevent proper cooling when running hard....
