Backhoe 46 backhoe

Has anyone noticed that the legs on the backhoe don't stay up when using the tractor or don't keep down pressure when using the hoe. I have just wondering if its a 46 backhoe thing or mine needs some attention. Oh yeah tractor has 50 hours
