We are looking @ a '57 International 350 Utility. When the PTO is disengaged it whines. Is this normal or is something wrong w/ the PTO? We are purchasing it primarily for bush hogging and don't want to purchase the tractor if the PTO is bad. Any help would be appreciated!!
