What should a fair price be for a 2002 MX5000DT Ag tires, with 890 hours, with FEL & 4560 Backhoe, stored in a pole barn since new?

Looking at a used MX5000DT with FEL & 4560BH, just curious what some of you think of this rig? Also, will 5ton 18' trailer be sufficient to haul this around?

Just spotted a really nice 2006 Montana Tractor with loader, backhoe, 6' Brush hog & rake with 195 hours on it at a decent price, but is it too risky given that the tractor is now discontinued? Will there be parts availability issues?
