My 3140 (1983 yr model) having problems. I was bushhogging and it shut down. I let it cool and it started and ran fine about ten minutes. started to run rough and drastic power loss. A very light blue. now it does this each time I try it. I changeed air and fuel filters. Drained fuel tank too...
