Does anyone know if you can buy a complete rebuilt carb. I have a Nikki and the last owner didn't do a very good job on the rebuild. the lever set is not complete and I've cleaned it twice but still doesn't idle right and when it does idle it's to high even with idle screw backed off. If not...
