got saw from freind hasnt ran good for a couple of years .got tired starting it. its been to a couple of repair shops. its had 2 carb kits put in it .i just put a kit in it . took carb apart 2 times and cleaned it. tank vent is venting

hi i added a gresen 2702 spool valve on my wd . have it hook up from pump to inlet on spool valve return to drain plug. only works one way. still have one way cylinders on loader. added cylinder to bucket tillits up buts gravitys down . put gauge on valve has pressure one way 1800 lbs pull...
